　　学员参加的是WST一年VIP项目培训，因为知道求职规划的重要性，所以很早就加入了WST。亚太地区(新加坡/香港/大陆)外资投行招聘名额不多，而且面临着来自美国和英国的中国留学生的竞争，所以需要尽早规划，争取每一个机会。

　　加入WST后，导师帮助学员分析了申请策略以及申请方向定位，详细讲解了申请流程，需要的准备工作等，并对应地做好申请规划(目标公司、目标行业以及活动安排等)。在申请过程中，学员从Resume准备/Networking到Mock Interview，都接收到导师高强度的培训，最终成功收入Citi Summer Internship Offer。但因为时间点与其他Offer相撞，所以没能接受这份Offer。但学员优异的表现给HR留下深刻的印象，所以HR主动提出愿意给他Citi Banking 101 Program的Offer让他来体验下这里的工作氛围以及有助于以后重新申请Citi的实习或者全职机会。
